The Cisco Service Provider Certification Program meets the growing demand for professionals who can implement, troubleshoot, and optimize a carrier-grade IP next-generation network. By participating in this program, network engineers are trained in the latest core and intelligent edge technologies. In addition, candidates are trained to deliver a scalable, carrier-grade infrastructure that can be rapidly expanded. They can then support the ongoing introduction of new managed services and other customer requirements.


Prerequisites

The following will act as a prerequisite:

Valid Cisco CCNA Service Provider, or

    Valid Cisco CCIP, or

    Any Cisco CCIE certification

The Cisco Certified Network Professional Service Provider (CCNP Service Provider) certification is for service provider network engineers, systems engineers, and network specialists who are responsible for delivering a scalable carrier-grade infrastructure capable of rapid expansion to support ongoing introduction of new managed services and other customer requirements.


Course Brief Introduction

Learn to configure, verify, and troubleshoot routing protocols using Cisco carrier-grade devices and Cisco IOS, Cisco IOS XE, and Cisco IOS XR software. Candidates can prepare for this exam by taking the Deploying Cisco Service Provider Network Routing (SPROUTE) course.
